Fox Valley Literacy:

• Promotes literacy awareness.

• Provides free, one-to-one tutoring in Outagamie, Waupaca, northern Calumet, and northern Winnebago Counties, for adults in basic reading, writing, and speaking of English.

• Publicizes the availability of literacy services.

• Recruits and trains volunteer tutors.

• Matches tutors with interested and motivated students.

• Arranges for convenient tutoring locations.

• Provides opportunities for individual, small group and classroom instruction.

• Works with employers to provide workplace literacy opportunities for their employees.

We have a small team of staff where all positions interact supportively. We maintain a safe and respectful environment for our students and volunteers.
